using todays force wipe update, when a player does /outpost it kicks them

update, i went into the config and found these values, they must have been from the previous map i guess. i removed then and replaced with "0 0 0" as i see in other parts, and its fine now, auto found the correct location. so maybe was just an upgrade config issue or something. anywho, seems ok for me now, but leaving this in case others have same thing happen.
