Tpr stopped working. Permissions grant it and it is set to enabled true in the config. When trying to do /tpr name it does nothing with no message anywhere

you're not going to see chat messages because you enabled Enable Popup Support which requires Popup Notifications

Ah that's what was missing I must of changed that forgetting about that. It's all good now - all figured out.
