I can't find a way to disable this feature, I set permission to group admin and my user, also add it to disabled commands tpmarker...but still when I place a marker on the map I teleport to it, so frustrating!!! Can't use my NPCTaxi plugin because of this.

it's not a command so you can't blacklist it. if it's properly revoked then it won't teleport you. that would be caused by a different plugin that has the same feature, such as raidablebases.mapteleport perm.
