How this part of plug-in works? Need to use tpt instead tpr?

tpat - toggles automatic tpa on/off for the specific player-

TPT - contains settings for enabling instant TPA for friends, clans and teams. Set these false to disable.

So I need to give permission for the player to use auto teleport!
