Hostile interrupt
If InterruptTPOnHostile is true, and the player is considered hostile, /outpost and /bandit will be blocked, and the user will get a notice including how long until they will no longer be considered hostile per Rust.

well I figured out why this interrupt was not working as I expected.. but why does it have to be limited to outpost/bandit/towns ? and the timer does not work!

it is just for outpost and bandit. the timer doesn't work because it doesn't exist anymore. i'll remove it from the documentation
