I rememebr whe you could then now you can't TP or spawn anything in a blocked TC zone..

}No idea why this setting is not being checked AT ALL in TPA but it will be now... it works fine for every other command. It's important you specify the commands instead of just saying TP. There are a ton of commands that TP.

The main issue is spawning in a minicotper or vehicle (I use Vehicle License) but my players and I can't spawn a vehicle within a TC area..
When spawning it says "[VehicleLicense] You can't spawn a mini copter if you don't have the building privlages" not sure if this is a thing that needs to be added on the vehicle license plugin or if its on the teleport side?
