granted all permissions type /bandit set says it has been set but when i type /bandit it says it isnt set and autogenerate is disabled when it is enabled.

reload the plugin. it is disabled if it is not set properly when the plugin loads. so you must reload it in that case. if you do not set it properly then it will unset it again because it must be within 100 meters of bandit camp and cannot be set to a custom location otherwise. if you want to use a custom location then you must use /town or /island.
if autogenerate says its disabled then you either didn't reload the plugin after changing the config, or it is still disabled.

the config has a lot of json errors, and json errors are shown in the server console when you load the plugin. it will tell you what line the error is on, at which position, and the value that is causing the error

i fixed your errors so you shouldn't have anymore issues. you will have to set the steam id again since you redacted it.

your vip settings will require the nteleportation.vip permission in order to be used by the player
