there is no way to do this per player. unless of course you want to submit a patch for it... :P

I forgot to note that docs should specify that the toggle permission not be granted to permission groups.

So, this is not revoking the permission for some users and I don't understand why. Nor do I want to figure out why, because I see NOTHING wrong with your code

Either way, I forgot that I wrote a command for this already. So I'll be replacing my command with yours and it will be using a datafile instead of a permission.
