If I change the SteamID and reload the plugin it also works I have a different chaticon. but when I open the config it says the old one again. If the server is restarted, the old one is used again.

How can I change this permanently?

I just changed it and it was permanently saved. Some weird issue with config I guess. If it won't change then leave it alone for now.
