today come some new players and they told me they can tp without accept to all players in server, this isn't happening to old players cuz plugin request tpa,something that new player do not request.

any solution please?

I have a simular situation but in my case anyone can tp to everyone. Even to sleepers. Into bases and out again. No change has been done to the config that we know of.
Tried the latest update fresh installed with new clean config and still having this issue.

im having this issue also. ive taken the perms away for tpr and people can still tpr to ususpecting players

Got the solution for my problem. Someone accidetally gave admin perms to default group on our server.

Took that away and my problems where solved.

nteleportation.tp should never be given to the default group :p

this allows players to teleport anywhere, freely, without limitation... even to sleepers.
