As per the title really as I suggested this in the help catagory of noescape but Calytic says that to do that the way /tpb works needs adjusting as in its current form /tpb cannot be blocked by noescape so allows players to circumvent a raidblock or cooldown when using /tpb instead of a normal tp.

The tpb function is useful however way op in its current form so it is disabled on our server but if it can be changed so that the way it calls a tp and then noescape can block it if a raidblock or combat block is in force i would use it again.

tpb is really not meant to be used by players, at least in "regular" servers.
