As title says, Outpost and Bandit TP dont work properly with the last rust update.

"Outpost Enabled": true,
    "Bandit Enabled": true,​

on command executed:
Outpost is currently not enabled
Bandit is currently not enabled

+ 1, although for me it's only /bandit that is not working.

Hi,
Cannot use /bandit or /outpost with the latest version 1.2.9 despite their activation and authorizations.
The plugin always tells us that we don't have the rights.

What is the specific message you get when you try to teleport to the Outpost or Bandit?

It's because you're using CompoundTeleport and are missing permissions (compoundteleport.tp or compoundteleport.admin) from it. Commands /outpost and /bandit are not registered when that plugin is installed.
