Please prohibit Samsite from firing at drones.

Drones should only be targetable by SAM Sites when the samsite.alltarget convar is enabled. That convar was removed in a recent commit which is planned to be released on November 4th, after which point only Minicopters, Hot Air Balloons and MLRS rockets will be targetable by SAM Sites.
