Need help, added to plugins but it doesnt work.

Did you check your oxide/logs for errors? Which game? Any details?

This is for Rust. The console never pinged errors, I'm new so not exactly sure what i'm looking for. I installed it into my plugins like every other one and the code shows up under oxde/lang but when people join its non functioning

Are you sure the player hasn't been on there before?

Positive. Lots of new faces, server just wiped. Its also brand new only a couple of days old.

Did you grant the permission to a group? No user should have any permission with "noobmessages" in it.

The perms were set to on. I have turned them off and will test. Thank you for your quick response and help!
