Hi, 

I have given the perms to a number of players and all report that initially the no fuel works but then after a short time flying the heli drops out the sky. 

Another question and this may or may not be the reason. The disabled prefabs bit, what is this doing? It only has the miniheli in it, I understood it to be disabled from the plugin, but is it actually the other way round, as in its disabled from requiring fuel? if that's the case, I guess I have answered my own question, but then why would it work then not.
