So after a looooooottttt of testing, thinking it was our other plugins, it seems like if a player rejoins the server after they've been NoSleeper killed, no electricity sensors work for them.
If they then disconnect right away and come back right away, they then work.
Tested 4 times with being NoSleeper killed and not, same result every time.
This doesn't seem to happen to admins though, even though they've been NoSleeper killed successfully.
