well i cant say "post your config" cos there isnt one, it just works for me, you could try uninstalling it and backpacks then reinstall backpacks and then "no sash" ?
Fixed only by magic. Don't ask me how. This morning there was the sash and now suddenly I look at it and the sash is gone.
