Hi, is this plugin already active functional?

How i can move the UI to other position ? I test AnchorMin, AnchorMax but nothing.

It appears to be functional.

AnchorMin and AnchorMax are tricky, because they are upside down and backwards (not this plugins fault). It should work but you'll have to tweak it and make sure you reload the plugin after changing the configuration.
