Is there anyway I can disable No Raid for the building owner so that he/she can destroy their own stuff?

This makes it kinda hard to build.

RustIoClans is enabled, PlayerOwner is enabled and only WipeRaiding is enabled.

Also, is it possible to disable No Raid for twigs / sleeping bags etc?

This is actually possible by enabling both of the friends settings and adding the friends plugin then adding yourself as your own friend, can spear my own twig foundations now!
