No permissions for all the groups, but me and my players can talk to vendor and buy a mini. The previous wipe it worked well.

Has this been fixed?

immediately after the wipe, players still can talk to the vendor and buy a mini or a scrap heli. After the wipe, you need to immediately restart the server, then there will be no problem.
