There are a config, but there are no config inside plugin, and it doesnt affect anything

I thought this as well and was about to post the same thread, but then I realized the Patch button is showing an older version of the plugin than the Download button provides.

Oh really...

The Patch system only shows code from the latest build. The author updated the plugin originally via Patches, which didn't trigger builds for some reason.
