Does it block trying to take back an authorization on a tc?
Why would that be interesting?
I just wanna know.

Some servers lock a team or clan during a wipe.
This prevents players de authorising themselves from a tc as a extra precaution measure.
Making it harder to go rogue. 
Combined with other plugins achieving that purpose.
This was a request by a user on the umod community forum
