Well techincally you can do same with console commands... So i think its okay

Generally speaking though, I would stick to admin tools and nothing that changes games mechanics or visuals.

that sounds like a grey zone to me. cant u see it as a monument? its not changing game mechanics. nobody cries if junkard isnt on the map f.e.
so how can remove outpost by command? i thought i cant even decide what monuments u will have on the map, i mean besides server seed..
