So building on roads has been blocked natively in Rust so this plugin is not really needed anymore.

However a plugin that allows for building on roads (so you can create tollbooths etc) would be nice now.

I agree! I was looking for the same thing.

Now that Facepunch restricts building on roads, it would be great to have a plugin that will allow building on roads if permissions are assigned.

On custom maps it is possible to remove the "Road" topology that prevents building near roads. Not sure if that is at all doable with plugins :-(

oh thats a shame, stevies servers do it so i was wondering if its possible
