Why is this now called NightVision.cs?

Yeah I saw that and didnt install it, as it is suspicious. My version I had on was compiling fine and works well so there was no need to.

I just checked it, and its a completely different plugin made by a different maintainer that is already on Umod. This is a very old version of it at least.
