When you manually turn on a lantern (not when you first place it and it is automatically turned on). It slowly produces lowgrade over time when you have it set to not consume fuel.

Confirming this behavior for myself as well. @k1lly0u might have abandoned the plug in?

I had my players report this today, can confirm this is still an issue. One of them managed to get a large box of lowgrade in a few days.
