it work but for new category (fun, electrical), it doesn't work...

The plugin works completely fine how it's intended imo. There are no items inside the Fun & Electrical categories that 'wear', just deployables that 'decay' which this plugin is not intended to support. Be sure to set permissions correctly as it doesn't work without them.
