Instead of thinking about blacklist... Think whitelist... set all values to false (tools,attire,weapons) except for use whitelist and then just drop all the items you want into that list... if you need the item names here is a site that you can search and get the shortname to put into the white list (https://www.corrosionhour.com/rust-item-list/)

Right now I have different tiers of neverwear for different tiers of vip, but it would be nice to blacklist the jackhammer, chainsaw, divingtank etc.
