1. Able to rotate (face the other way) your locomotive, cart, etc.
2. Able to delete other trains and spawn other trains. Instead of the 1 you spawned in.
3. Be able to spawn in trucks and oil wagons with random loot pool.

When changing the "usefuel" to false in the config, the train I spawned in will break moments later meaning it doesn't power on and I have to kill it and spawn another one in to fix it.

I will look into the rotate feature... I don't understand request #2 or #3
