i just want to set a higher speed and all terain for the tomaha at artic base, i dont want players to be able to buy it. so my question is does this plugin also effects the tomaha at artic base or does it only work for the ones players can purchase

If you want to set a higher speed just change this "The amount of power to give in KW (59KW is default)": 59, To what you want and set this to true "Allow Snowmobile's to have more power": false, (This will change all snowmobile's on the map),  and set this to true "Allow Snowmobile's to goes fast on all terrain types": false, (again it will change all on the map) if you want player's to go all terain.

Also if you don't want people buying snowmobile's don't give the permission mysnowmobile.usebuy_command to players. One last thing /skinsnowmobile tomaha is ment to replecate the spraycan and allow any player to skin the snowmobile from the arctic bases to a tomaha.
