Not sure what this plug-in does, what does Vibey mean?

Hi! I really apologise if the description is too basic and short, will add more info to it!

The effects timers were made in a way to not last more than 15 seconds in order to not upset players, all effects takes 15 seconds. I could of make it so others could configure it but it took me a while to make it look pretty smooth with all the effects calling at the same time

Great idea.
More colours would be nice instead of just grey. I want a real trip. :)

Will try to add soon some custom layers of colors, trying to avoid decreasing performance
