At times, recyclers spawn twice, overlapping each other. Right now there are 3 in the same spot, causing items to "disappear" 

I'm having the EXACT same issue, only I'm ending up with 5-6 recyclers on top of one another, particularly at Fishing Village. I haven't seen stacked recyclers at any other monument. I've had multiple players lose hundreds of scrap worth of comps as they were grinding.
