If I'm wanting to use this plugin to spawn a crate at a monument, is there a way to set respawn time? This might be something the plugin wasn't intended to do.

The plugin was not intended to do that. I recommend using Monument Addons, which provides many more capabilities, including spawn points.

The reason that I was looking at this plugin is that it supports monument relative coordinates. I could place selected crate at specified locations in the monuments and wouldn't have to reconfigure the spawn points at the beginning of every wipe. Does Monument Addons have the monument relative coordinates functionality?
