Even though I have the /remove plugin on my server and I remove the turrets when I'm done, apparently they still spawn on the work carts.

So you use the /remove on the turret and the turret gets removed but it spawns again on the same work cart?

Yes. I ended up removing the plugin after deleting the turret and put the plugin back in, but I haven't checked to be sure it removed it next time.
