I'd like an option to have everything spawn without requiring any permissions or commands. Just set everything to true.

If you go to the config directory, there will be a file called ModdedWorkCarts.json, if you change false to true, those items will spawn with a work cart every time one spawns, with no commands or permissions, if that's what you mean.
