Hi, I will think about this. Problem I find with permission system are that server owner monetizes the plugin, without donating anything back to the plugin developer.

It's simple. When you are making money off someones work (in form of VIP packages etc), then donate back.  It's the biggest issue currently with uMod community, developers stop supporting great mods, because it's no longer worth their time.

I have seen this with many many opensource software as well. 

If the reason is just so that admins can use it, I can add a functionality to only allow it for admins.
