Is this plug able to be used with Carbon?

I haven't heard of any bugs with this plugin on Carbon. In general, if a plugin works on Oxide, it should work on Carbon, according to the Carbon devs. If you find otherwise, it's usually best to inform the Carbon devs so they can fix the compatibility issue to align with Oxide.
