It looks like there would be enough room to put 2 more rear facing seats on each side of the middle seat making it a row of 3. I'm only asking because we had 3 players sit in a mini and one of their slaves got left out lol

This plugin doesn't currently add seats. Maybe you are thinking of another plugin such as Extra Seating or Minicopter Seating.

If your request is to add seats as a new feature of this plugin, I get where that's coming from (one mini plugin to rule them all), but unfortunately having all these features in one plugin has historically subjected the plugin to many different causes of breakage, so I'd prefer not to add scope, especially if there are already other plugins which add the feature (in this case there are at least 2 other plugins which adds seats to minis).
