Turrets won't fire at NPC anywhere, tried oil rig, junk pile, junk yard, ZombieHordes etc...it shoots animals like crazy!!!

This plugin doesn't have logic which could cause that. If you want to be sure, unload the plugin while the minicopter is at one of those locations.
