Since the 19th, when the server restarts, it will unload and load the plugin fine but will not apply the storage modifications to the mini unless I reload the plugin manually. 

Do you see any errors in the server logs on server boot? The behavior you describe suggests that the plugin experienced an error in the OnServerInitialized hook right after boot.

ive been getting this issue of late but i havent seen any errors that are mini copter options  specified
