Would it be possible to add the option to require permissions to enable settings?

It would be awesome if I had the ability to have a permission I could assign for the lift/roll/pitchy/yaw settings.

I have the settings boosted such that the minis are super fast, and the server regulars love it. The only issue is that there is a bit of a learning curve so I have a lot of players join my server immediately crash in a mini and then disconnect. I'd love to have the option to assign the modified movement settings via a permission to those who want it. Beyond that, it would be super awesome if I could have different permission for varying movement profiles (e.g. vanilla, medium, fast, extra fast)
