Would it be possible to add the option for the searchlight to be always on, and also remove the USE option, or remap it? There is another plugin I use that conflicts with the button mapping. Thanks!

Sure will add it. 

I would like the searchlight to be static and pointing the ground forward when flying the mini alone. I think the rotating with the moving of the mini is less helpful. It almost never shines where you need it to be.
When 2 players are in the mini it is cool that it can be moved by the passenger.
