Sorry to resurrect an old question, but I came to ask this as well. Honestly, I don't care to modify the minis (since I use MyMini and basically give them away), but I want storage on the scrap helis. That would make them valuable and players would probably consider purchasing them from Bandit camp.
There is another plugin on umod for Scrap Heli Storage...
