the water comes to fast and goes same time ... why not step by step, very slowly come and go ... what the plugin do is same like servercommand

very good idea is plugin land-flood: the water comes very slowly and goes automatic very slowly

I'm sorry but I don't understand what your issue is. You can make the flood go slower by lowering the values in the command for example: "/flood 0.1 1" which floods the map by 0.1 levels every 1 second.

The first value controls how much more of the map is flooded every X seconds.
The second value controls how many seconds between each increment.

can i set speed COMING flood and set for GOING speed ?

NO, i can only set COMING flood with "/flood 0.1 1" but not GOIN same speed ;)

Good Idea: set speed flood coming, stay setting time like 30 min and set the speed going flood, all sett with coomds for plugins like

If you want it to flood backwards you can do "/flood -0.1 1".
