I want to flood my map slowly over time what exactly are the number ranges for increment and speed? I tried doing /floodmap 1 1 and it goes too fast. I tried .001 nothing happens and .01 floods the map instantly.

/flood <increment> <speed>                <increment> max 100= all water   <speed> Seconds to level up

example   /flood 2 10    go up 2 levels every 10 seconds
