Would be really cool to add the ability for us to add one or more (upon our choose) enable/disable commands and simple make us state the direct name or file name of the panel we want that command to toggle. (Doing it this way will allows an admin to do it all in Magic Panel instead of having each panel need its own update for this)

That is an awesome idea and I would love to see it implemented as well.
