No height adjustment only the width. No top right option. Also top left isn't really top left, you need to adjust all the X-Y's to get it to work sit each dock in the correct positions.

Height is controlled at the dock level not the panel level since all panels scale height-wise with the dock. Width is controlled at the panel level since each panel needs different widths. I'm not sure what you mean by top left you'd have to provide more information.
