I am creating a primitive/medival server. I need to black list many items. I am using BetterLoot to remove items from containers. I am using MagicLoot to increase animal "raw.meat" . However I am getting confict as both plugin are trying to modify containers. Is there a way tell MagicLoot to not touch containers? 

Did you try https://umod.org/plugins/gather-manager instead of MagicLoot ?
