How can I set all the panels to be 1/2 the size they are by default? I'm mainly having a hard time with the icons. Same with all the extra plugins for this UI.

Depends on which part of the size you're talking about. The width is controlled by each panel. There is an overall width and image and text have their own widths as well. For height that is controlled by the docks in MagicPanel.json.
