I set all the settings to true for all weapons, change max amounts and still they only reload to default amounts, Set grant all in permissions, check false in config, o.reload the plugin, is this plugin dead?

Please taked down DEAD plugins, as we server owners starting out WASTE a lot of time trying to get crap outdated not working plugins to work. FML.
